RISC OS 2 is an operating system written by Acorn Computers Ltd, and first released in 1989. It is the successor to Arthur.
It was succeeded by RISC OS 3 in 1991.
Description
RISC OS is based on Arthur, but adds multitasking support to the Window Manager. The Desktop was completely rewritten.
